AGREEMENT FOR BOX OFFICE/TICKETING SERVICES Date: Promoter/Organization: Event Name: Event Location/Venue: Event Date: Prices (full): Discounts: Special Instructions: Please allow 5 business days for the box office to prepare your show for on sale. The building rental contract must be signed and received by building management prior to tickets going on sale. Additionally, no tickets will be sold prior to this box office contract being signed and received by RBTL. Rochester Broadway Theatre League will provide all Box Office services for the event listed above. I. Box Office Services include:

• Ticket sales through Ticket Express and Ticketmaster • Telephone charge sales through Ticketmaster phone charge (585/232-1900) • Daily Ticket reports beginning 1 month prior to the event • Special Ticket Processing including group sales and comp tickets • Box Office personnel 90 minutes prior to event at the venue (unless otherwise requested)

As ticket vendors, Ticket Express has a fiduciary responsibility to the ticket buyers to retain and protect the ticket purchase receipts until the event is completed. Should the event be canceled by you or the artist, for whatever reason, all ticket receipts must be returned to the ticket buyers. The promoter must use Ticket Express supplied box office information logo sheets in all advertising and Ticket Express phone number(s) in al television and radio advertising. A fine of $ 100.00 will be imposed and deducted from the settlement if the promoter fails to comply with this rule. Promoters must submit show information in writing prior to computer set-up. Any changes to ticket text or show information after initial set-up must be communicated in writing. Promoters must allow 24 hours for changes in ticket text or show information to take place. Payment for ticket receipts will be made to the promoter after the intermission of the performance with a corporate check. Promoters needing partial cash on the night of the show (up to $ 10,000 providing the advance ticket sales are $ 1,000.00 greater than the amount requested), must place the request for cash 72 hours prior to the event to allow the box office to make proper banking arrangements. Cash requests must be made in written form to Ticket Express. If arrangements are made to provide cash to the promoter at settlement, promoter agrees to take delivery of full amount of the cash request at settlement. Ticket Express will not provide any payments of ticket receipts prior to the settlement of the event. In the event that the concert is canceled, you are responsible to pay the Ticket Express the base fee outlined, for the use of box office services and all other expenses incurred to date (i.e., charge card fees, per ticket fees.)

Finally, and consistent with this policy, you will not receive any funds due from ticket purchase receipts until after the event is completed. Box Office fees are based upon size of venue and level of service requirements. A Complete Rate Card is attached to this agreement. It is the client's responsibility to cover all costs included for the above event. In the event the performance is canceled, the client is responsible for all expenses incurred up to that point and the fee to the RBTL. Should ticket sellers be required to sell beyond one hour past the published curtain time, promoter agrees to pay $ 25.00 per hour beginning with the first minute of the second hour. The Rochester Broadway Theatre League will provide client with complete back up on all invoices at the show settlement (by intermission of the performance or when mutually agreed upon). BAD DEBT CHARGE Ticket Express reserves the right to bill the presenter for un-collectable credit card charges incurred for a presenter�s show. Such charges include credit card charge backs. Ticket Express agrees to make every effort as a merchant to collect on such charges before billing the presenter. Presenter agrees to pay for these specific bad debts upon presentation of proper bank documentation.
