    Designed for analog networks, the SmartWORKS LD has bot

    passive and terminate network interface capabilities. Featurin

    programmable voltage thresholds and loop reversal detection, th

    SmartWORKS LD is easily configured to accommodate variation

    across analog networks. This product is offered in 4, 8, 6 and

    port versions, suitable for small to large offices and call centers.

    Tap Environment

    The LD series accomodates low to high density environments wit

    4, 8, 6, or 4 port blades. The Smar tWORKS API supports a tota

    of 5 channels per system. The tapping point can be anywhere o

    an analog line: between Central Office and PBX, Central Office anphones, or PBX and phones.

    Terminate Environment

    The LD series can be used to initiate as well as terminate calls

    When configured as an interactive resource, phone lines can direct

    connect to and terminate on the LD blades. Standard ring detectio

    is available.

    World-Wide Analog Support

    The SmartWORKS LD supports passive call recording on groun

    start and loop start analog networks. It has line terminatin

    capabilities for loop start environments. Features such a

    programmable voltage thresholds, voltage detection, and polarit

    reversal are managed through the common SmartWORKS API. Aa result, the SmartWORKS LD easily adapts to variations found o

    analog systems throughout the world.

    Built in Perormance Monitoring

    Built in voltage detection allows SmartWORKS LD to distinguis

    SmartWORKS DP T/E Passive Tap Card

    The SmartWORKS DP sets the standard for passive tapping

    T/E trunks in high-density environments. The SmartWORK

    DP is a reliable tool used globally by many of the worlds larg

    call logging application providers.

    High Density Passive Tap Capabilities

    Operating between a central office and PBX, the Smar tWORK

    DPs high impedance receivers records both sides of a c

    without interrupting service. Each blade can process up to

    channels, with a maximum of 5 channels per host. Service

    never interrupted even if the SmartWORKS DP-equipped

    is shut down.

    International Protocol Support

    The SmartWORKS DP supports Channel Associated Signal

    The SmartWORKS DT provides trunk termination and c

    control on digital T/E networks. Call Progress Monitor

    The SmartWORKS IPX-C is an essential component of your

    call recording solution that provides packet filtering and media

    forwarding for IP-PBXs. Supporting multiple protocols, it has

    on-board connections for monitoring up to 56 stations of

    upstream and downstream RTP and one on-board connection

    for media output. When combined with an IPM60, the IPX-C

    provides complete event triggering, call state reporting and media

    processing for many of the industry leading IP-PBXs.

    Tapping Environment

    The IPX-C is designed for IP call recording applications. Its active

    interfaces can be connected directly to an available mirror port.

    When used in conjunction with a TX100, it can be connectedpassively anywhere within the IP-PBX configuration.

    Each blade is capable of processing up to 56 media sessions.

    Session Management

    The IPX-C includes a Session Manager for tracking media sessions

    on the IP network. Each media session is treated as a unique call

    with a unique session ID.

    Your application can easily manage call forwarding with the

    session IDs provided by the IPX-C.

    Station Management

    Automatically locates all VoIP stations on the network and assigns

    a unique ID to each endpoint. IPX-C dynamically identifies phonesas they are added to the network and reports when they are

    removed.

    The RTS BOX is a tap-point product designed for use

    with the SmartWORKS NGX. Using the RTS BOX with

    two NGX400 blades provides a 4-port solution for

    call recording applications.

    The RTS BOX provides voice and D-channel data

    for the Avaya INDeX, Mitel SX00/SX000 and the

    Siemens Rolm 975. The unique design supports all

    3 PBXs with one assembly. The RJx Amp connectors

    provide reliable connections to the NGX, PBX, and

    phones by treating the PBX as a 4-wire supporting
