Audience feed back

I created a questionnaire about my magazine and asked 15 people ( ranging from ages 16- 20 to answer my questions). I asked people who didn’t take media in education so I could get feed back from the average public audience.

What do you think of my magazine?

All of my results for this question was the

positives. As no one selected either of the

negative answers it shows that my magazine has

been successful.

Who do you think this magazine is for?

A high majority of the people I asked thought

my magazine is aimed at teenagers, this shows

that I have created my audience correctly for

my target audience.

What do you like most about it?

It is clear from the results that the most appealing aspect of my magazine is the photography. I am pleased with this as the pictures in generally the first thing that is noticed, and seeing as its appealing it means I would get people interested.

90% of people I asked would by my magazine, this is a very positive result!

Is the price right?

The majority of the people I asked thought that the price was about right. It also shows that I could get away with putting up the price a little more and gaining a higher profit.

What is the main thing you would change about my

magazine?

From these results I can see that I have used the correct content for my magazine as no one would change it. The other four options were quite equally showing that there was nothing in selected particular that stands out to really need to be changed.

Who’s the closest competitor to my magazine?

From my survey it is clear to see that y target audience see’s my magazine as very similar to ‘NME’ magazine. I'm pleased with this as it was the style I was going for.

Does the writing on the front capture your attention?

Over three quarters of my target audience had their attention captured by the Typography of my magazine.

Where do you think you’d find my magazine?

From my results you can easily see that most of the people I asked would expect to find it in a newsagents, this means it would be the best place for me to sell it as it is where my target audience would look for it

Would this magazine standout to you from other magazines?

Over half of the people who answered agreed that my magazine would standout to them fro other magazine’s. This mean’s they are more likely to be bought .
