EMO

Emos originally is a type of rock music but now has become a state of mind Emo is derived from the word emotional they are people who are said to feel emotions to a great intensity. They adapt an Identifiable getup that has become a trademark for the Emo style

EMO Style

Usually among teens, the term "emo" is stereotyped with wearing close-fitting jeans, and tight T-shirts (usually short-sleeved) which often bear the names of emo bands with hairs covering the face mostly.

Both emo guys and emo girls wear makeup. Most noticeable is the eyeliner which is black and thick-lined. Then there is the mascara to give the eyes a dramatic look the skin is generally lighter in tone by using foundation. Finally an addition of black lipstick is added

Emo social scene

Emos often stay away and cut off from society and they don’t fit in but other who similarly find it difficult to adjust with the society come together in solace.

A group of emos are mostly found at emo concerts which is a type of rock or metal music

Goths Goths are similar to emos they have a

similar getup one who decides to separate from the mainstream culture for varying reasons (such as dissatisfaction with modern society, a will to be different, or just a liking to the styles whether it be music or visual or social). 

Goths style

Goths carry black color in their outfits, they have a tight skin fitted jeans and top and have short mainly shoulder length hairs

The makeup is also of black tone. A prominent black mascara and eye shades are applied with sometimes a shade of red or some similar color and also black lip color.

Goths social scene

Goths are mainly found hanging in couples rather then groups. Both the partners are mostly gothic. Goths are relatively comfortable in public in comparison to Emos

Punks Punks are groups of people who are

stereotyped with the high spiked hair style known as Mohawks of different and vibrantly dyed colors.

Both the genders in this categories are much the same dressed with similar hair styles

Punk style Punks dye their

hairs in different shades that are very bright and vibrant in nature. the spiked style is known as MohawksThe clothing is very casual but not of a specified nature of color like the Goths or Emos

Punks social scene

Groups, couples individuals all are in common sight, They are mostly found on streets with graffiti as a common hobby

Metal HeadsFans of heavy metal music have created their own subculture which encompasses more than just appreciation of the style of music the members are known as metal heads generally speaking fans of heavy metal are known as metal heads. The hand sign of devil horns is the logo of heavy metal

Metal head style

 Tight blue jeans or drill pants, motorcycle boots or hi-top sneakers and black t-shirts is the basic fashion of metal heads

For black heavy metal make similar to emos is used the color scheme is black and white

Metal head social scene

Heavy metal fans can be found in virtually every country in the world In place of typical dancing, metal fans

are more likely to  headbang, a movement in which the head is shaken up and down in time with the musicFans from the heavy metal culture often make the " hand-signal known variously as the “devil’s horns”, the "metal fist" and other similar descriptors

Target Audience

My target audience would be from the age group of 16-30 how are interested in metal music. The audience would be male dominant but will also contain females.

From the above four categories my main audience would be the metal heads as they are specifically interested in the genre of music of my magazine
