AN ACT to enable the Superintendent of the Province ofTitle-Auckland to exercise the powers conferred on the Provincial Legislature by " The Auckland and Drury Railway Act, 1867" of the General Assembly.

WHEREAS by " The Auckland and Drury Railway Act Gamble.

dient to dispose of the said Railway and to vest the powers conferred by "The Auckland and Drury Railway Act 1863" in manner hereinafter provided.

BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland with the advice and consent of the Pro-vincial Council thereof as follows :
