ATTORNEY KENDRICK BECOMES FINRA (FINANCIAL REGULATORY
AUTHORITY) ARBITRATOR
Atlanta, GA- January 13, 2016– Dar’shun Kendrick, Esq., the Owner of Kendrick Law Practice, became a
FINRA Non-public arbitrator on January 13, 2016.
“I am happy to be able to determine resolutions in cases involving private companies. The
arbitration is meant to be an alternative to going to court and I look forward to being impartial,
fair and balanced in my assessment of the often complex issues involved in financial
services..” states Dar’shun Kendrick, Esq./MBA.
Attorney Kendrick was required to complete several courses in etiquette, regulatory compliance and ethics and
professionalism and take several exams before becoming a FINRA Arbitrator, in which being a lawyer is not a
prerequisite to being an arbitrator. Arbitrators are placed on a roster and chosen by the appellant party and
respondent party.
Obviously, being an attorney with an M.B.A. and practicing the type of law that I practice makes me not
only knowledgeable about this subject area, but makes me an attractive candidate to be chosen as an
arbitrator by disputing parties.
