0Supervisors will be providing you and your college a card with information that you will need to prepare your dish.
0Supervisors will give an over view of what is listed on the card and help assist as well.

0When finished with a utensil, bowl, pan, etc. it is important to walk it over to the dish washing station.
0 If no one is there to give it to then it is vital that you:0 1. Rinse the item completely.0 2. Place rinsed item on the cart provided.

0But, what if the cart is full?0 If cart is full, and all dish washers are busy, then:
0Take cart back to the dish room0Turn dish washer on by pushing the GREEN BUTTON0Place items on the conveyer belt 0While items are being washed, rinse and wipe off cart in the
cleaning closet in wash room.0Finally, place clean items back on cart and return items
back to kitchen.0Put items back where they belong and return to your next
task.

0Dish washing can be gross, BUT if you follow the simple steps listed it will eliminate much of the hassle.0 Try to avoid clogging the sinks by scrapping food off into
a food waste basket prior to rinsing.0 Do not leave items in sink or dirty cart with out being
rinsed off.0 Stay on top of full carts.0 With regards to smaller items, grab a washing tray to
place items on to run through the washer. 0Doing this prior to the dish room will save you time.
