SPIRITUAL ADOPTION

In conjunction with 40 Days for Life, please

consider a Spiritual Adoption. Based on an idea

by Archbishop Fulton Sheen, Spiritual Adoption

asks that you pray every day for an unborn

child and at the end of the 40 Days for Life

campaign donate to a local pregnancy center

(https://www.maggiesplace.org/). This would

be a wonderful way to open up a dialog with

children about conception, pregnancy and pro-

life philosophy.

The 44th Arizona Rosary Celebration will be held Sunday, October 20, 2019, honoring Mary under her title, Our Lady of

Guadalupe. The annual event, held at the Phoenix Convention Center, runs from 2:00pm to 4:15pm. The Most Rev. Thomas

J. Olmsted, Bishop of Phoenix, will preside. Listen to guest speaker Rev. Robert Gonzalez, Parochial Vicar, St. John the

Evangelist Parish, Tucson, AZ. Thanks to the generosity of St. Mary’s Altar Society and the Knights Fr. Patterson Council

3121, a bus has been chartered to transport to and from the celebration. The bus will depart at 12:00pm from St. Mary’s

wristband. All riders must have a wristband to take the bus. Be part of the largest continuous annual Catholic Rosary

LA CELEBRACIÓN DEL ROSARIO

DE ARIZONA

La celebración del rosario de Arizona se llevará a

cabo el domingo 20 de octubre de 2019, en honor a

María bajo su título, Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe.

El evento anual, que se lleva a cabo en el Centro de

Convenciones de Phoenix, se lleva a cabo de 2:00

p.m. a 4:15 p.m. Presidirá el Reverendísimo Thomas

J. Olmsted, Obispo de Phoenix. Escuche al orador

invitado Rev. Robert Gonzalez, Vicario parroquial,

Parroquia de San Juan Evangelista, Tucson, AZ.

Celebre el año 44 de la tradición de celebración del

rosario de Arizona. Gracias a la generosidad de la

Sociedad de Altar de Santa María y los Caballeros

Padre. Patterson Council 3121, se ha alquilado un

autobús para transportarlos hacia y desde la

celebración. El autobús partirá a las 12:00 pm

desde el estacionamiento norte de la iglesia de

Sta. María. Reservé un asiento registrándose en la

oficina de la parroquia, proporcionando una

donación de $5 y recogiendo una pulsera. Todos los

pasajeros deben tener una pulsera para tomar el
