- Get regular physicals.
- Consume a healthy diet.

- Get 6-8 hrs of sleep
daily and find a coping mechanism for stress.
The ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining
a healthy weight is first and foremost to prevent
illnesses and chronic disorders associated with
unhealthy weight for example high blood
pressure, high blood cholesterol, Diabetes or
high/blood sugar, brittle bones etc.
Physical examinations;
This is done on a
yearly basis or as ordered by your physician and
includes; Blood draw, blood pressure, heart rate,
temperature, weights exams and any other
pertinent issues
Consume a Healthy diet: Consume at least five
portions of fruits and vegetables per day.
Exercise and Stay active; Maintain at least 1
hour of vigorous exercise per day.
Find a coping mechanism for stress.
Get 6 – 8hrs of restful sleep daily.
Outcomes;
- Maintain a healthy BMI.
- Normal blood pressure, heart rate and weight.
- Comprehensive blood panel with normal ranges.
