ATR FREIGHTER VERSIONS
TESTIMONIALS
Mr. Noel Prosser,Toll Air Expresss general manager says:
"The ATR was a proven aircraft in the 5000 to 7000 kg uplift range.Toll was looking for mid-size turbine aircraft with proven reliability, fuel
efciency and easy to load/upload. After consultation with ATR and areview of other global freighter operators, the ATR 42-300 was best suited
to the Toll operations. Also, we were looking to loose load the cargo andmaximise cubic capacity. This meant the high wing and two door entries were
very attractive."
Mr. Roslan Ismail,MAS E&M senior general manager says:
"With volatile fuel price, short-haul cargo transportation is a growing business and the ATRaircraft provides an optimum yield for operations of this nature."
Mr. Hugh Flynn, Air Contractors CEO says:
"The ATR has demonstrated superior reliability and is well suited to the modern requirements for a lownoise, fuel efficient turboprop aircraft in the 5-9 tons market. Air contractor is certified to operate aircraft
in CAT II conditions allowing the aircraft to operate in challenging weather conditions."
