In an effort to keep the Atlantic Yards Community aware of upcoming constructionactivities, ESD and Forest City Ratner provide the following outline of anticipatedupcoming construction activities. We hope it keeps you informed and helps you planfor any possible inconveniences. Please let us know if theres any way we canimprove these updates.

Please note: the scope and nature of activities are subject to change based uponfield conditions. In addition, during the utility work water shut-offs may berequired; these shutdowns are done under the oversight of DEP and propertyowners will be given advance notice. All work has been approved by appropriateCity and State agencies where required.
B-2 Tower, Modular Residential
Completion of Erection of Structural Steel within the B2 site and Dean Street transferfoundation will be completed during this reporting period. A separate logistics/site
safety plan has been submitted for this work and approved by DOB. Installation of formwork and rebar for the metal deck slabs, cellar and 1
stfloor
will continue during this reporting period.
Commence work related to the concrete cellar floors. Pour will take placeover a two day period with approximately 8 to 10 trucks per day.
Installation of temporary power and lights will continue during this reportingperiod.
Daily cleanup activities of sidewalks and streets are ongoing as required.
Tentatively there are no construction activities scheduled for the upcomingSaturdays during this reporting period.

LIRR Yard Activit ies Block 1120 & 1121
Pacific Street, between Carlton and 6th Avenues, has been converted back totwo way traffic. Parking is permitted on both sides of Pacific Street.
Punch list work will be ongoing during this reporting period.
Noise and Dust mitigation practices and monitoring will continue throughoutthe duration of the work.
