Terms and Conditions• All party night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held

for no more than 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form with a deposit of £20.00 per person.

• All Christmas and New Year bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 7 days pending receipt of a deposit of £50.00 per person.

• Full pre-payment is required no later than 14 days before the event or by Friday 23rd November 2018, whichever is sooner. Any bookings made after this date will require full immediate payment.

• All monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE and cannot be used to pay for any other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their party of this policy.

• Prices quoted are inclusive of 20% VAT at the time of booking and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.

• All party night bookings will require food and wine pre-orders 14 days prior to the event, should we not receive the individual menu choices by this time a menu will be chosen for you.

• All prices and information were correct at the time of going to print and are subject to change without notice.

• The Management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller room to ensure optimum numbers.

• The Management reserves the right in unusual circumstances or in a case of under subscription to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given.

• All special diets should be notified to the Hotel at least 14 working days before the event. No additional cost will be incurred for these meals provided they are within the cost of the meal chosen.

• If you are concerned about food allergies, e.g. nuts, you are invited to ask one of our team members for assistance when selecting menu items.

• Party night accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number. All accounts must be settled on departure. The Hotel will allow individual bedroom cancellations up until 4pm the day before arrival. (All group bookings of 8 rooms or more please refer to your contract). Any cancellations after this time will be charged in full for one night at the rate agreed.

• The Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort any guest off the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate.

• Rates published in this brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.

• If the Hotel is prevented or hindered from carrying out its obligations hereunder by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including (without prejudice to the generality the foregoing) government intervention, strikes, labour disputes, accidents, Acts of God, national disasters or war, then the Hotel’s liability to the Client shall be no greater than the amount paid by the client to the Hotel in the respect of the function. If for any reasons beyond the Hotel’s reasonable control the services reserved cannot be made available
