• 12 hectare terminal facility with a 7 hectare container yard.
• 13m. draft alongside berth.
• Annual throughput capacity of 300,000 TEUs.
• Expandable yard capacity within the port zone as needed.
• Full complement of Quay and land side equipment (Quay crane/RTG/ITV).
• Complete terminal services which include stevedoring(vessel), arrastre(CY), storage and stripping/stuffing for both International and Domestic containers.
• Value added services such as ship’s husbanding and brokerage as support for shipping lines using the BCT.
• Fast response time by BOC Batangas on container release processing.
• Off dock logistics support such as trucking and M&R through the ATI ICD at Laguna.

COMPETITIVE PORT RELATED COST
A. VESSEL RELATED EXPENSES
ATI has secured the support of various Government agencies to ensure that Port fees are consistent with the Port of Manila.
B. CARGO HANDLING TARIFF BCT rates provide savings compared to the Ports of Manila and ATI
intends to maintain this to ensure the advantage to CALABARZON locators.

• Lower terminal handling costs by at least PhP1,452 ($34) per container compared to Manila ports.
• Fast processing and efficient service of BOC to Batangas.
• Delivery of container from port to consignee and vice versa is significantly faster.
As a result, trucking costs are lower for the locators if using BCT.
• More container transfers can be made per day between the port and locators premises.
• Benefits now being realized by proponents with MCC (Maersk Line) taking the lead with a regular weekly service at BCT and locators namely Nestle, Stepan and Epson supporting the said call.
