Perishable Cargo Centre

Terminal Staff will inform customer the cargo estimate arrival informationafter the perishable cargo depart the origin destination. Then customer canarrange to pick up the shipment.

After aircraft arrive, all perishable ULD will be towed by HAS directly and

immediately from apron to Perishable Cargo Centre.

Perishable Cargo Centre located at Southeast corner of CPCT. There are total

12 truck docks for pick up & delivery at the centre and 59 parking space at

terminal truck park for waiting.

At 4/F Customer Service Centre, approach to the correspondent counter for

Shipment Release Form (SRF) application and settle payment.

For Consignee Sample

1 set Shipment Release Form (SRF) contains 3 copies with different color for different

parties. After ID verification, counter staff will pass 2 copies SRF to Consignee/Trucker

for the balance process and keep 1 copy at the counter, counter staff will pass the last

page to the Consignee/Trucker when all process completed.

After the consignee/trucker got the SRF, terminal staff will instructed them to

park at the designated truck park for waiting the correspondent ULD break

down and perform release process.

If there are no irregularity or damage found during the release process, both

terminal staff and consignee/trucker will be signed on SRF for confirmation.

If the shipment need clearance action, terminal staff will accompany with the

consignee/trucker to the relevant government department for examination.

After completion, consignee/trucker should aware of relevant stamp had been

stamped on SRF.

Government Department

The Cold Room Facility is located on Level 5 of the terminal. It occupies a floor

area of 1,600 sqm. The facility contains 6 Temperature controlled store rooms, it

can store up to 80 tons of bulk cargo on pallets and up to 48 LD3 ULDs.

5/F - Cool Room/Freezer

If shipment is not collected after a period of time, terminal staff will follow the

airline’s instruction and according to the information shown on import

document or shipping mark on shipment, storing the uncollected shipment to

the temperature controlled store room.

Temperature controlled store rooms in our terminal are maintained at

15˚c~25˚c, 2˚c~ 8˚c and below-18˚c.

• Aim at reducing the unnecessary dwell time for customers awaiting at truck dock due Customs clearance

• Prior consignee arrival CPSL will perform Customs Clearance

• If require CPSL may contact with cargo agent Import Section to request for additional documentation to facilitate the clearance

• Cargo agent can send in the document by FAX or through WOS agent portal reply
