    I have decided to approach this theme because I perceive food as away of expressing one country culture and evolution. Food has alwaysbeen not only a nourishing substance that is eaten, drunk or other waystaken into the body for sustain life, but also a way of describing peopleslifestyle, and activities. This quotidian aspect has evolved into a sample forany country and in UK it has created a true brand in people life style.
