ATCEA – Association of Turkish Consulting Engineers and Architects
ATCEA is a non-governmental organization founded in 1980, with its central office
located in Ankara, Turkey. ATCEA became a member of FIDIC - International
Federation of Consulting Engineers in 1987, and EFCA - European Federation of
Engineering Consultancy Associations in 2001 and Association is the only
representative of both federations in Turkey.
ATCEA brings together independent consultants and consulting companies, with
expertise in different sectors of the Technical Consultancy, providing services
following FIDIC standards.
ATCEA endeavors to advance the recognition and standing of the engineering and
architectural consultancy, as well as to increase the understanding of the role it plays
and the respect it deserves by the public and private sectors; it aims to have the
correct definition of the consultancy services included in the laws, regulations and
the specifications; it informs its members of the project opportunities, both in Turkey
and abroad; it engages in promotional activities to increase the recognition of its
members; and it collaborates with other professional, government, non-government
and private organizations for the advancement of Technical Consultancy and its
institutions.

TMA was founded in early 1987 to render Architect-Engineer and consultancy services to the
construction industry in Turkey and abroad.
Since its foundation TMA has completed close to 300 projects of varying magnitude and complexity.
During more than quarter of a century since its foundation, the company has maintained an excellent

A great majority of the projects designed required familiarity with the international codes. TMA is

Yuksel Proje (YP) is the largest Turkish engineering and consulting company with more than 1.400
employees. YP is ranked 207th in the ENR International Design Company List (2018). We provide
multidisciplinary and complete engineering design, consultancy and project management services
for railways, highways, urban transportation systems, special bridges, tunnels, port and airports,
