ATC Associates Rises on ENR’s 2012 Top 200 Environmental Firms List

(September 24, 2012) ATC Associates, Inc., a national leader specializing in environmental consulting, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, and building sciences, ranked 55th on the latest Engineering News-Record Top 200 Environmental Firms list, rising from their 2011 ranking of 56. In the past two decades, ATC has consistently been named to the list, compiled annually by the construction industry trade magazine based on revenue surveys of US firms.

ATC’s environmental revenue increased nearly $10 million from $144.92 million in 2010 to $155.2 million in 2011, with its total revenue nearing $200 million last year. In March, ATC’s 30 years of success brought growth on a global scale as ATC merged with Cardno LTD, a professional services firm founded in 1945 headquartered in Brisbane, Australia. The partnership means that ATC, a 1,600-person environmental services firm, is now a key part of an international industry leader with a combined resource base of more than 6,500 staff working on projects in 85 countries.
