GENERAL INFO

BALLOONSHelium balloons package $80 - includes 25 balloons. All balloons are available in a wide range of colours. Large foil balloons available at extra cost.

TABLE CLOTHESWhite table cloths for sit down lunch or dinner can be hired at $5 per table.

WRISTBANDSWristbands can be supplied for your function at no additional cost. Please ensure this is advised to your function co-ordinator prior to your event.

FEATURE WALLLogoed feature wall available for hire for functions in the Wood Bar at no additional cost.

CAKEYou are most welcome to bring along a cake, it incurs a fee ranging from $10 - $25, depending on numbers. This includes storage, utensils and plates.

PARKINGThere is a car park behind the venue, free of charge. Entrances off Central Ave and Fifth Ave.

SECURITY FEEFor exclusive Wood Bar events, a security fee of $250 may be asked for to cover the cost of an addition security guard.

TERMS & CONDITIONSFunction bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is paid. Any tentative bookings not confirmed within 14 days of the function date will be released at the discretion of the Inglewood Hotel.

Confirmation of final numbers, food and drink selections are required no less than 7 days prior to the function. At this time, the final food amount must be paid in full. In a case of set menu or beverage packages, charges will be based on the final head count, whichever is greater.

CANCELLATIONAll cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is made 21 days prior to the function then the deposit will be refunded in full. If a cancellation is received less than 21 days prior, we will retain the deposit. There is no refund for platters after they have been ordered.

PAYMENTAll accounts (except bar tabs) are to be paid 7 days prior to the function. A credit card must be presented at the time of arrival to begin a bar tab. Bar tabs are to be paid in full at the conclusion of the function.

GENERALAll prices shown include GST and are current at the time of printing but are subject to change. Under no circumstances will the Inglewood Hotel allow any function to bring food or beverage into the venue.

DECORATIONSDecorations are permitted subject to the approval of hotel management.

ENTERTAINMENT & MUSICThe Inglewood Hotel plays a mix of contemporary and modern lounge music. If you have more specific requirements, please discuss this with our function manager.

MINORS & LICENCE RESTRICTIONSChildren under the age of 18 years are permitted to attend the function in the company of a parent or guardian. If you have minors attending your function, please discuss with management prior to the event.

BEHAVIOURThe Inglewood Hotel management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any function guest. We adhere to strict Responsible Service of Alcohol rules and require all guests to respect and adhere to these laws in relation to intoxication and responsible behaviour at all times whilst in the venue.

DAMAGESThe client is responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by the guests attending the function. The Inglewood Hotel will take all reasonable care and responsibility to protect the property of guests, but will not accept responsibility or liability of the loss or damage of items left in the hotel prior to, during or after the function.

FUNCTION HOURSThe client agrees to begin the function and vacate at the scheduled times.
