Memory SupportOur specialized memory support program provides a tranquil household where people with memory loss experience a structured schedule of daily care and activities while having their health care needs met — all in an environment with the everyday comforts of home.

End-of-life CareWe recognize that loss and anxiety accompany the end of life and are shared by both individuals with terminal illness and their loved ones. At Autumnwood, we provide medical, emotional and spiritual assistance to people facing the end of life, in a comfortable and familiar place, often in partnership with hospice programs. Each member of our staff is specially trained to provide compassionate, attentive end-of-life care.
