Over the last ten years, Coach Murphy has effectively help many CEOs,

Vice Presidents, General Managers and Senior Managers of

multinational companies, government-linked companies as well as

public listed companies in and beyond Malaysia. His contribution is

mainly focused in areas of leadership growth and development

through coaching & experiential learning activities that builds lasting

peak performance.

Coach Murphy is also known to be a passionate life-long learner,

explorer & practitioner by his peers and clients. In April 2007, he

earned a prestigious accolade as a Certified Master Coach (Behavioral

Change) awarded by the prestigious Behavioral Coaching Institute of

Sydney. He was personally coached & supervised by the co-founder of

the Institute, Dr. Suzanne Skiffington, who is recognized for many years

as the world’s leading authority and educator in behavioral-based,

professional leadership coach!

In October 2013, he earned the NLP practicing certificate from Worldwide Institute of NLP. In November

2014, he earned the world renowned Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centred Coaching certification

and became a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s global team.

Since then, Coach Murphy has used his business as well as coaching acumen to help CEOs, Vice

Chen Choon is a Learning Facilitator with People Coaching Works

Sdn Bhd. His area of expertise is in leadership development,

gamification and public speaking. Chen Choon is a certified Neuro

Linguistic Programming Practitioner under the National Federation

of NLP (USA). Being active in the Toastmasters movement, he is an

Advanced Communicator Silver and the founding member and

current President of Elite Toastmasters Club based in Kuala Lumpur.

His major involvement is in the following areas:

• Design and facilitate highly experiential learning programs

such as corporate simulation, role play and gamification in

the areas of communication, leadership coaching,

entrepreneurship, adaptability and results orientation.

• Design and facilitate assessment activities to assess client’s competencies which includes

psychometric assessment, experiential assessment and/or a combination of both.

• Conducts private masterclass and private coaching for effective public speaking, communication

and speech development.
