Full Key Holding We will hold the keys to the property or several properties and respond to any alarm activations on behalf of yourself and where necessary carry out any appropriate actions. This may include re-securing the building, calling out locksmiths or any other agreed response.


Escorted Key HoldingOur security guards will accompany you or you’re appointed Key Holder whilst attending an alarm activation callout. Lockout ServiceWorried about losing keys? We can hold keys to residential or commercial properties for you. If requested upon we will assist the owner or designated parties to gain entry if they do not have the keys to the property. An agreed prior set password will activate this service, and our mobile patrol guards will arrive and allow you access to your premises or buildings. Out of Hours Meet & Greet Do you need a trusted person to meet delivery personnel, out of hours? This service is an alternative to using current employees or employing full-time static security staff. After receiving a phone call from the delivery driver, our security guard will arrive and oversee the delivery for you, then ensure the site is left safe and secure.

Linked closely to our Key Holding service, Assure Security’s Mobile Response service gives you the added peace of mind that ensures all alarm activation callouts are responded to 24/7. As soon as the alarm sounds, we are contacted by our monitoring station and our Mobile Response team are immediately dispatched to your premises. Once on-site our uniformed team will; liaise with Emergency Services and carry out checks for intruders, signs of forced entry and any damage to the property.

They will contact and arrange with your/our preferred locksmiths or glaziers to ensure that the premises are left safe and secure.

With the ability to move around and monitor various areas and provide services such as internal and external patrols, open-air security and operating our patrol vehicles, our mobile patrols can deliver security that goes beyond a fixed location.
