Assist with routine maintenance on rig equipment as per Company Maintenance System.

Maintain good housekeeping on the drilling location to include rig components, offices and

Duties and Responsibilities performed as a Pump Man are:

During drilling operations to monitor the performance of the Mud Pumps.

During drilling operations to monitor level of Mud in Pits, and advises the Driller and

Mud Loggers before mixing, transferring or conducting any other activities which may cause

fluctuations to PVT Monitoring Systems.

To treat and mix chemicals as required by the Assistant Driller and Mud Engineer either

personally or with assistance from Roustabouts.

Perform repairs as required and preventive maintenance to the Pumps, suction and discharge

valves of all equipment associated with pre-charge of Main Pumps and Mixing Systems.

Maintain chemicals in the sack store organized and stacked neatly; and ensuring a high

standard of housekeeping.

Supervising and participating in the cleaning and painting of work areas within my

responsibility.

Assisting on the rig floor with operations such as running casing and tubing, handling BOP'Sand at any other time as required by Driller, provided all due maintenance is performed and

operating procedures and proper personal protective equipment; safely and efficiently

performing all manual labor tasks on the drilling floor and B.O.P. area under the direction

and supervision of the Driller or, in his absence, the Assistant Driller;

Operating the tongs, slips and iron roughneck to connect and disconnect drill pipe, tubular,

casing and drill bits or tools.

Performing all maintenance of the equipment and physical space of the drill floor

Monitoring and operation of the shakers, assisting the Derrick man within the mud pit, mud

pump and chemical sack rooms.

Performing housekeeping activities on the drill floor including washing, chipping and

painting.

Role : Roustabout (August 2009 to Feb 2010)

Duties and Responsibilities performed as a Roustabout are Performs duties involving general maintenance of the rig that would include scraping,

painting and cleaning of decks, walls, equipment, etc. Assist in loading, unloading, back loading etc. of materials.

Relieve roughnecks on the drill floor. Assist in the mixing of mud and chemicals when needed.

Works in a safe and conscientious manner to ensure the safety of fellow crew members.

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) painting and performing general
