WHYshould we go out of the box?

We risk our reputation still we go out of the box

Because it is a necessity for us to develop and to create

WHICHBox are we talking about ?

What we know What we happened thought about yet

Boundary of the box

Our thoughts are consisted of : Our genetic heritage

We have environment

We have indirect experience which we learn

We have our own direct experiences

HOWDo we go out of the box ?

If we want to go out of the box we need something beyond' convergent information' or normal reality

To go out of the box we need ‘Divergent Information’

Divergent Information

Something which takes us FAR ‘out of our zone’

Absurd

Wrong

Irrelevant

WHEREDo we go when we are out of the box ?

We reach an unfamiliar thought process

There is a temptation to return to our ‘OUR BOX’

We need to resist this ‘temptation’

We need to value ‘long thinking’

Be Fluent and open mindedLook for alternative not for answers

WHATIs the value of an Idea ?

It is difficult to access new ideas as no one have been there!

We have to resist natural instinct to kill our own ideas

Be entitle to be the inventor of the idea

The Idea might also solve some other problem

Environment to generate ideas

The environment should not punish mistakesYou need to allow the divergent information

Collect simple convergent information

Divergent touch on these elements

Think on the possibility of this change
