SIGN IN & CREATE AN ACCOUNT

Before start using Dropbox, we need to sign in first and then for who do not have dropbox account, they need create an account as i have stated in picture above.3 ways to access dropbox :

Dropbox via internet:

Direct access with internet for using Dropbox.

Install dropbox in playstore, enjoy using it and from our phone it linked to dropbox via computer and internet.

Download dropbox for your window and it is automatically link the computer via internet.

There is a view of menu bar icon and i will explain step by step about this.

MENU BAR ICON :

I will tell randomly about this menu bar icon and then I will explain more after this step by step. I have highlighted each of menu bar icon according to its function : Red highlights for the symbol file.

It is the first step for creating new folder.

Red highlights for the symbol bell.

Notifications for something new, we can see through this after click this button.

Orange highlights for that symbol is for upload new stuff.

Click this button to upload stuff.

Choose any files from your computer to upload.

Blue highlights menu icon bar for showing deleted icon.

Click that button ( blue ),then can see deleted items. Dark purple highlights for search.

Just type in the space provided to find our stuff easily in Dropbox.

After click "Hannan Addeen", we can see total space that have we used and the other shortcuts for other things such as settings, install, upgrade and sign out. If you click settings ( highlights in blue colour ), you can see that :

It is located at the left of Dropbox and there are divided into 5 compartments such as files, photos, sharing, links and events.

A) Blue highlights ( files)

Click "files" to view all Dropbox content.

All the files can be view like this after clicking "files".

B) Red highlights ( photos )

To view all photo in dropbox, just click on "photos".

There are only just 2 pictures in Dropbox.

C) Yellow highlights ( sharing )

There is sharing icon that can help us sharing any stuff that we want. Next, I will show more about ways to share stuff steps by steps :

Just click 'Links' to create link for other people including people that do not Dropbox account.

CONCLUSION

As a conclusion, we can see that : Dropbox can help us to get all of our stuff in everywhere and anytime as you just to sign in and can enjoy access your stuff. Dropbox also provide simple sharing mode as it can share any folders in Dropbox with other and also it can create link to share your stuff, although your family members or friends do not have Dropbox account but they can our stuff too by using simple sharing mode. Dropbox also can make sure all of our stuff can be safe everytime although our computer have broken down but we can still access with our stuff.
