Carlos Resendes, M.I.M.A. Carlos is a property assessment professional with thirty-five years of management, tax policy and property valuaon knowledge. His experience includes: VP Business and Innovaon Services for the Property Valuaon Services Corporaon in Nova Scoa; Assessment Commissioner for the City of North York with the Municipal Property Assessment Corporaon; Ontario; Manager for the Revenue Department at the City of London, Ontario.
