Inspirational Costumes & Props• I got the inspiration from the film “The Darcy Twins”:
• Judy’s make up inspiration came from “The darcy Twins” from their corpse looking clothing and also the dull make up
• I also got the inspiration from the film “Stigmata”:
• Katia’s Punk rebellious look came from the film “Stigmata” especially her makeup which really enhanced her features.
Character Costume 1
The writing on her top represents the rebellious teen state that she is in. It portrays her as one of those teens who break the rules.
The shiny leggings represent teenager style and gives emphasis to the writing on the top as there is a contrast between the shinny leggings and the aluminous writing.
The long converses represents her style and fashion and has a tint of blue which could foreshadow a sense of sadness or trouble.
Character 1 Props
She has her bag as soon as she gets dressed and is ready to go out. Her bag carries a lot of her items such as her eye liner and lipstick.
As she is getting dressed she puts on light red lipstick which could foreshadow possible danger occurring
Character Costume 2
We stained the t-shirt with tea and coffee to give the corpse effect we also cut some holes in the top to make Judy look like a realistic corpse.
We covered the jeans in baby powder to also give the corpse effect and slit the front knee to emphasize the purpose of the corpse.
Judy wore black shoes which could symbolize the idea of death and darkness.
