Characteristic:●Adoption of a new structure-burning furnace revolving working method, to solve traditional problems as slag-bonding.
●Electric air door system produce the reasonable ratio of air and coal, make sure the optimal combustion efficiency andexcess air coefficient.
●Ensure supply approximate 200 mesh of coal powder and use multiple duct air supplying mode, which makes the coalpowder and air fully contact, then makes the burning more fully and completely. And fixed carbon content in ash isabout 0.1%, almost no carbon dust, and low emissions of CO.
●Multiple duct air supplying and big furnace chamber design, control highest temperature is 1600-1800℃, almost noNOx exist.
●Equipped with high-performance heat resistant brick, prolonging the working life.
●Both air and coal’s supply are adjustable, so temperature and flame’s length can be adjusted in a wide range to meetdifferent actual demand.

2. Baghouse Dust CollectorBaghouse dust collector is a kind of auxiliary equipment of asphalt mixing plant, which serves to collect the dustproduced in the process of asphalt mixing. And also can be used for the dust system of crushing machine, dryer, furnace,grinding machine and so on, to reduce the dust into air, and protect the environment.The dedusting ratio of dust can be up to 99%. Recently, over 80% asphalt mixing plant adopt baghouse dust collector todedust. Dedusting effect: Air emissions ≤20mg/Nm³; air black: Ringelmann I.

3. Drying Drum
Drying drum is one core part of asphalt mixing plant, it use to dry and heat aggregate, so that the moisture is under 5%and outlet temperature is 140-180℃. The whole drying drum have material-leading area, curtain material area, radiationarea, discharging area four parts.
