Cold Bin

The aggregate storage bin is divided into 4 ,5 or 6 compartments according to client’s

request . To feed the aggregate from cold bin to belt conveyor , the VS Motors shall be

applied , the running speed controlling is adjustable on the control panel .

Dryer & Burner Unit

The rotary dryer is very efficiency in heating and drying the aggregate . These are no

differential temperature in both fine and coarse aggregate . Because the uniform heating

is given to each kind of aggregate . The rotary dryer is specially designed and mounted ,

thereby assure smooth and steady rotation of the dryer .

The burner unit will dry the cold aggregate with little moisture . A fuel atomizer is

charged of atomizing the fuel with air . The atomizer controls fuel oil primary air to eject ,

and the secondary air for burning with a lever mechanism controlling .

Mixer

This spiral pattern of mixing tools create the unique flowing of the material in the mixer ,

that is spiral flowing to mix . Even the grain composition are reached uniform mixing

within a short time . The liners and blades made of hard metal , and are of anti0resistance

cast iron for long life and durability .

Asphalt Tank

The cylindrical tank is storage the asphalt . The constant temperature shall be keep at all

time while operation time . The heating is heated by electrical power heater , to be heated

uniformly .

Dust Collector

The dust collector system is suitable for the most strict Air Pollution Control Law . The

filters are applied the air pulse by sequence controlling to clean filter bags .

Hot Bin Batching , Mixing

After drying aggregate , via the bucket conveyor ( elevator ) conveys into the vibrating

screen . The hot aggregate will be storaged in the hot bin for batching and mixing . These

bins are mounted high , low level switches for feeding aggregate .

Recycling material equipment

The surface of road have uprooted and carried back the asphalt plant . These uproot

asphalt can be reused by recycling equipment . This way will be good , friendly and

saving material for environment . It is important that the recycling can reduce the cost of

production asphalt .

Control system

We provide the advanced computer control system . The industrial computer is used to

meet application requirement . The system is designed into modular , easy to system

configuration , the function will be software modular .The hardware also are designed the

board modular with standard components . That make easy to replace the parts .
