How can you judge my performance from 2 months ago, let alone 10?
What am I supposed to do with this information? It is not relevant to what my job will be for the year to come.
And why is my manager reviewing me? My peers are the people who know my daily performance best.
Why do we still do annual reviews?Hm.
I guess because we always have.
