TREASURY REPORTJ o e G a i n e s , T r e a s u r e r

This year has started off with abang! We raised over $3,000 atthe ASPE Tabletop Event inFebruary with overwhelmingsupport from the chapter. With this money, we couldofficially name 75 stars in thenight sky. We won’t need to,though, since all our membersare stars. The money raised willbe going to continuingeducation, networking events, and community outreach.              Another exciting new item is thechip card reader! With this cardreader, we can make paymenteasier for all of us. Gone are thedays of requiring invoices, coordinating with HRdepartments, counting cash, etc.(unless you prefer cashor invoice). We strongly encourageeveryone to pay online or inperson with card for allupcoming meetings.

We had over 20 vendors displaying product and speaking with firmsfrom all over Nashville. This year was unique in that our tabletop alsosaw architects and interior designers in attendance as well as engineers, contractors, and wholesalers. I have sent out a post-event survey for feedback and we have receivedsome responses with great insight on what we can improve next year.Help us out and take our survey!
