Description Prestigious project of Deutsche Bank at Capital Building, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. I am part of Project Management team and Head of Audio Visual team for installation of 25 video conferencing, audio visual rooms, Town hall and TV

distribution setup with state of the art technology.

Title Big Bang Project

Description This project is an initiative of Office of CIO of Wipro for bringing 800+ Offshore Development Centers under one umbrella i.e. IMG Governance for there IT & Infrastructure related technical needs. In this project 24 IT related services will be supported by Central team on Hybrid, Remote and Dedicated support type of models. Big-Bang project helped Wipro in using resources more optimally and reducing cost to a large extent.

Title Implementation of Multipoint Cisco Telepresence

Server/Client Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Switch and its integration with Cisco Call Manager.

Description This project includes setting up of CTMS (Cisco TelePresence Multipoint Switch) and Cisco 3000 Telepresence units at six locations in Goldman Sachs i.e. New York-3 places, London – 2 places and Bangalore office.

Title Upgrading of Tandberg Management Suite 9.6 to 11.5 version

Server/Client Windows 2000 Server, Windows Installer 3.1 & SQL Server Express 2005.

Description This project includes up gradation of there existing Tandberg Management Suite 9.6 to Tandberg Management Suite 11.5 on Windows 2000 Server Platform. There are total about 200 VC units which are managed by TMS.

Title Implementation of Desktop Video Conferencing System at various locations with Multi point conferencing facility using Polycom MGC 25

Server/Client High end PC system with Windows XP Service Pack 2, Panasonic 3CCD high end camera, Polycom PVX 8.0 and Polycom MGC 25, 50 and 100.

Description This project includes implementation of Desktop Video Conferencing system to avoid the high cost of Video Conferencing codec. In this Dell XPS Laptop is used with Windows XP SP-2, Direct X 9c, Windows media player 10.0, Polycom PVX 8.0 and other latest version desktop Video Conferencing software, Polycom Sound Station-II along with Polycom Calling Kit and Panasonic 3CCD Camera. The main advantage of this low cost in comparison to high cost of Tandberg or Polycom Video Conferencing codec and it is easily movable also.

- Project Ekanto, Business Bay, Pune – shifted Deutsche Bank Global Service Center from Mumbai to Pune with 3000 + users. Complete audio visual solution designing, implementation and sustenance with day to day operations. Triple Play TV distribution system was deployed first time in DB at Business Bay with display on 70+ LEDs.

- Project Indus (Front Office), BKC, Mumbai – Involved in designing of audio visual solution for new Db office coming up at BKC, Mumbai. This project includes 25 video conferencing, audio visual rooms, Town hall and TV distribution setup.

- Upgrade of VC infrastructure for Deutsche Bank of India – setting up 35 new VC rooms with latest technology of Tandberg C90, C40, C20 and EX 90 devices. Complete planning, implementation and execution.
