In 2004, joined ‘Gram Swaraj Abhiyan’ a network office of Action Aid in Ranchi, Odisha teamas advocacy coordinator. Currently, working in CRY (Child Rights and You) as Associate General Manager (AGM) and leading a team working in North East India.In 17 years of development work I had opportunity to work in Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Assam and Manipur, the Eastern States of India and well acquainted with the grass root socio-political, human right and child rights issues. child rights, human rights and livelihood rights. Ensured productivity by high performer managers’ team. In depth thematic understanding on child right, human rights, women rights, livelihood and tribal

rights. Quality grant management experiences with the NGOs of Odisha, Jharkhand, Manipur and

Assam. Ensured outcome from high profiled partners in conflict region and established child right
