West Farm is located in the hear t of Faulkland village and is an attractive development of exacting design and highly specified properties. How to find usWest Farm is located just off of Faulkland’s Fulwell Lane which runs off the main Wells Road (A366). There are good public transpor t links to both Bath and Frome and school buses to Bath run either through Nor ton St Philip or from the A36.

The M4 motorway junction 18 lies approximately 11 miles to the nor th of the city of Bath and the A303/M3 route to London via Warminster. The Bath Spa mainline railway station gives direct access to London Paddington, the city of Bristol and South Wales.
