07:30 Breakfast & collect packed lunch08:30 Depart for The Somme10:30 Visit Musee Des Abris - Albert12:00 Time for lunch12:30 Afternoon Battlefield Tour of the Somme (this will include Deville Wood at Longueval, Thiepval-the memorial to the missing, the trenches at Beaumont-Hamel and Newfoundland Park)16:30 Depart from the Somme18:30 Arrive back at the Hotel19:30 Dinner at a local restaurant, as arranged by the hotel.20:30 Time at Ypres Christmas Market.

Langemark and Hill 60)12:30 Sanctuary Wood Museum & Trenches(time for lunch) Students who are happy to walk along

the top of the trenches can just use their walking shoes. Those going down into the muddy trenches at Sanctuary Wood will need Wellies, which can be stored in the coach luggage hold for the trip.
