Parting agent Nobit Bio

Nobit Bio is based on easily biodegradable substances. The product is a vegetable oil product composed of various esters, and its primary application is for lubricant and parting tasks in the asphalt industry.

The product has a low freezing point and works equally well summer and winter. Freezing point < -120C. High oil separa-tion.

Nobit Bio is used undiluted as a lubricant and parting agent and secondarily in connection with cleaning tasks. That gives protection against burnt-on bitumen on treatment equipment or during transport.

BIODEGRADABLE

Nobit Aqua is an easily biodegradable product, which is primarily used for cleaning of bitumen, asphalt, fat, wax, tar and other hydrocarbons from all surfaces and secondarily as a lubricant and parting agent for transport systems and tools in the asphalt industry.

The product is mixable with water, water rinseable and not corroding.

Nobit Aqua is equally effective summer and winter.

Nobit Aqua Traditionally, asphalt companies have used asphalt removers based on diesel oil/fuel oil. Today, there is an increased focus on environ-mental friendliness and safety.

The situation is that traditional asphalt removers based on diesel oil/fuel oil destroy nature and pollute the ground water, because the products seep into the ground. Further-more, the products risk emitting carcinogenic fumes which can damage the asphalt workers.

With care for the environment, Novadan has chosen to focus on easily biodegradable pro-ducts, but we can also supply petroleum based products, if you prefer these for some tasks.

Parting agents and detergents

Novadan has developed and composed an effective and more environmentally friendly concept for the asphalt industry, which can solve any parting, cleaning and lubricant task.

The concept is composed of products which cover the different tasks that you as an asphalt worker should be able to solve in consideration of the environment as well as the dissolving effect. Thereby, you can do with one supplier for all agents, just as you can always get qualified guidance on choice of products as well as on correct application of each agent.

You can choose deliveries in IBCs, drums, or in cans - Novadan delivers in small as well as large quanti-ties.

Nobit Fast is an effective, petroleum based detergent.

The product effectively removes tar, bitumen, oil and the like.

The product is based on odour-free petroleum with an aromat content below 0.1%.

Used undiluted. Rinse with water after thorough washing. Nobit Fast has a low freezing point.

Nobit FastNobit Asphalt Soap is an easily bio-degradable product, which is used as a parting agent and lubricant for road rollers, paving equipment, floor pans and boat trailers.

The product forms a stable solution when mixed with water and is used diluted with water (1:50).

Antifreeze down to -10 °C can be achieved by mixing 1 % propylenglycol in the solution for use per degree below freezing.
