• The new ASEAN ICT Masterplan could be finalised and endorsed before the 27th ASEAN Summit on 19-21 November 2015, when ASEAN Community’s Post-2015 Vision would be announced.

Revised ASEAN TELSOM Project Implementation and Fund Management Manual (ATPMM)
TELSOM adopted the revised ASEAN TELSOM Project Implementation and Fund Management Manual (ATPMM) which will be effective starting at 1 Feb 2015.
Key changes: Requirement of approval of Self-funded ASEAN projects Increase in the percentage of budget retained until project completion Compliance to national procurement procedures. Definition of consultant’s fee and its rate adjustment Budget utilisation monitoring procedure Tighter project completion timeline.

Second Contribution of ASEAN ICT Fund
• Each ASEAN Member States will contribute an amount of USD 500,000
• Be paid in one full sum or in five equal installments of USD 100,000
• The first installment shall be paid no later than 31 December 2017
• The last installment no later than 31 December 2022
