the companyThe company dates back to 1991 when Jrgen Schmitt

purchased a small graphics business and set it on its path to

become a market leader in KZN.

With the founder having a MSc degree in Metallurgical

Engineering and 20 years experience in the corporate sector

(4 of these in technical development positions in the aluminium

industry in Europe) the company has beneted from a highly

experienced and technically qualied management.

The top 5 management positions are lled with experienced

staff with an average of over 10 years service with the

company. The stability of the management team is also

reected in the total staff complement where the staff turnover

is below 5% per annum. Ascot Sign is a Level 4 BEE company

(Empowerdex certied) with staff owning 26% of the equity.

meet and exceed our clients expectations.

our evolving democracy and by the stream of technical

innovations available to our industry.

A commitment to these principals have served the company

well and has allowed Ascot Signs to record a compound

growth rate of more than 18% per annum over a 16 year

period. This has created an environment, offering capable

staff members the opportunity to advance their careers
