GNS Container depot services with it’s full supported large of paved yard 35.000 square meters,
concreted yard is the current depot to maintenance the container its self.
We stack the containers safely with separate block “grade and FiFo” system to serve the customers
speedy.

We can lift all types of empty container. Our asset include high capacity side
container loaders and forklift that are designed to make the loading and
unloading of containers as safe and smooth as possible.

GNS Cleaning Station has created a break-through in cleaning method. To increase efficiency in time, cleaning is
conducted directly on top of the chassis before stacking with supported 12 expert person wash man.
The system generates a significant and fast result with capacity 300 box / day.
We have provided supported engines to perform optimally the clean up fastly as below:
1. 5 unit karcher cool high presure with capacity 250 barr
2. 2 unit karcher hot and cool with capacity 200 barr – 160° C

Reefer Container Pre Trip Inspection (PTI) Reefer Container Pre Trip Inspection (PTI)
The reefer facilities include Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) and monitoring services. The PTI service, also known as preventive
maintenance, seeks to identify technical problems of the refrigerated engine. Based on the inspection (PTI) report, treatment
for the damaged reefer container will then be performed aiming to fix the function of the reefer engine.
To obtain meticulous result, PTI is conducted by computerized system. The advance method of PTI enables technicians to
download data into laptop, allowing mobile checking for a total mechanical repair.

In - Out containers from to depot are computerized based on FIFO. Reports are produced daily by CIS - Container Inventory System. GNS establishes an online reporting system. Report on daily operational activities can be read through e-mail, fax and send by EDI-CODECO or send by courier. Communication for maintenance and repair of the containers is based on CEDEX system. The system provides fast documentation and up to date report status, creating maximum flexibility for the customer. All report form's which are kept in our system can send to our customer automatically by email. We are now developing online system for image capture container that can be seen through website in real time. In addition, maintenance and repair reporting administration are performed with CEDEX system.
