Close up of a woman lying down sleeping, at first she is seen frozen with a black and white filter. This then fades subtly into a close up colour shot and the physical motion of the character resumes with heavy breathing. The female seems to have a stereotypical choice of clothing e.g. average pajamas. There is no sound other than the diegetic breathing/yawn. The lighting is dull and pastel like with no emphasis on colour.

Here we have a landscape close-up where the female character is positioned on the right side of the shot and a male character (presumably her husband) is lying down asleep on the left side out of focus on the camera. This shot then changes to an over the shoulder shot without the camera physically moving; the focus is then redirected to her husband giving us a clear view of what she is looking at over her shoulder. The lighting in the room is slightly dull as it is early morning however with no alarm clock in the shot there is no determining what the time is specifically
