ABOUT ARTTOURS

HISTORY

Arttours founded as an incorporated travel agency in 1986 to provide world class customised service to selected customers. Company became member of TURSAB (Union of Turkish Travel Agencies) in 1986 and received IATA certificate in 1991. July 4th 2006, Mr. Ali Kesan (GM) and Mrs. Aysen Kesan after their professional career at various sectors take over Arttours to develop further to serve organisations and corporate companies for their needs. In May 2011, Arttours moved to their own office at Maslak / Istanbul and renewed all infrastructure. During last 10 years, Arttours showed significant development in terms of business size and customer portfolio and also successfully finalized many international and local events.

Our operational structure consist of three major business lines. MICE: Local and international congress, meetings,

trainings and workshops; celebration events, association award ceremonies, various incentive trips to interesting destinations.

TOURS: Concentration of schools participation to

music/art competitions and festivals, customised group travels, traditional Arttours ski tours

MICE Our main objective is to create value for both customers and participants. We aim to provide unique services that will contribute to business results and brand perception. We try to propose interesting venue/destination alternatives and evaluate cost-conscious creative ideas together with our customers.

TOURS Arttours provides package/custom made tours. We prepare all details of the tour and communicate with all participants to eliminate all possible problems. Arttours is partner agency of world famous organisators INTERKULTUR, PITAGROSS, FIESTALONIA and also The Life Co. wellness company.

SKI TOURS:

TRAVEL SERVICES Arttours give complete travel services. We focus to well understand our customer’s specific needs to give service accordingly. We act as the own travel department of the corporate customers. TICKETING:

Arttours, as an IATA agency issue all airline tickets. Customers can reach our ticketing department for 24 hours from their personal mobile numbers. We give all airline related services including loyalty program miles registration etc.

ACCOMODATION AND TRANSFERS:

We use various worldwide agency booking systems to give the best and the most economical offers to our customers. Many cases, we directly contact with hotels to finalise tailor made bookings. Arttours use own vehicles for local transfers. For company meetings and congresses, we work with our partner transfer companies for buses and coaches. VISA AND TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Visa rules are changing frequently. Arttours having experienced field team and back office service to give visa services. We also accompany customers when personal application or an appointment requested by embassies. As a partner agency of AIG Insurance, Arttours issue al travel insurance policies.

MANAGEMENT ALI KESAN – General Manager - Partner

Born in 1964 in Ankara, studied engineering and having MBA degree in International Management. Started his career at Procter & Gamble and continued 18 years in Telecom sector as GM SonyEricsson, Turkcell VP sales-marketing, founder partner of Telesales company-Telkonet and was board member of call center association.
