Our Mission Statement

• We are a forward thinking group interested in creating cutting edge applications and software designed for small and mid-sized businesses with a focus on customer service. Our specialty is integrating existing business ideas and adapting technology to fit the way companies are already doing business. We will also provide training and support to help companies quickly get back up and running if they do encounter deployment problems and/or challenges.

The Problem

• Small and mid size businesses need help implementing cheap and readily available technological solutions to help their business grow and thrive. They also need to keep track of their customers and understand their needs. This challenge is intimidating and hard to navigate for many of them and they are willing to pay for help.

The Solution

• Our Small Business Suite: By using smart phones and computers on the customer end and tablets or existing computers on the business end we enable small businesses to take advantage of this low cost software to receive customers orders and track customer demographics. This allows them to keep down costs, particularly on the initial investment and to start taking customer orders right away with little learning curve. They can also profile and track their customers and integrate our low cost advertising campaigns to capitalize on their growing market share.

Competitive Advantage

• Our Value Proposition: We offer our customer convenience and the potential for slow and steady growth. We can create repeat business and unity income through a growing database of customers and businesses.

• Because we used the Minimum Viable Product approach we are already altering and designing our product for customers who have expressed interest using it. By designing for specific customers and using the continuous deployment model we are able to provide customer solutions for a rapidly changing business market that are an exact fit for what the SME market needs. Also some aspects of this business are fully scalable and can reach a broad and untapped market once the product is more mature.

Why We are Different

• Customer Service: We personally interview our customers face to face to find out what they want from our product before we finalize our ideas. So far we have talked to 16 business owners and that number will continue to grow. By assuring a market for our product and keeping an open mind to the needs of the customer we explode the traditional paradigm of the by focusing on technology as a service business. By following this philosophy we design a product with a proven demand before we ever even create the product and get the customers involved from the beginning.

What Did We Learn?

• From talking to our SME customers we learned that the two major barriers to the purchase of technological solutions is the lack of knowledge about readily available solutions or the fear that their implementation will lead to unintended consequences that will harm their business. They were willing to pay for these solutions if they could be implemented without adding to their general levels of stress and without an unacceptable level of financial risk. From this we determined that our product market warrants a further test of our products and services.

• Our strategy is to capture areas of the market that are underserved and take advantage of the dropping prices of some technologies to help bridge the gap between new technology and the existing SME market.

Monetization

• This is a complex process that requires us to assess our customer lifetime value (CLV) and our gross margin. We can make money from some or all of the following;

• Asset Sales - Money generated from the sale of our software packages, computer systems, phone apps and etc.

• Usage Fee - Money generated from the use of a particular automated service such as downloading software or apps that charge by the use.

• Brokerage Fees - Revenue generated from a referral of an intermediate service provided by a third-party such as advertising firms and etc.

• Advertising - Revenue generated from charging fees for product advertising such as a pay by lead generation website design.

• Subscription Fees - Revenue generated by selling a continuous service such as an on site adviser for small businesses.

Page 12: Artemis Strategy Group (Pitch Deck)

Competition

• By focusing on the small business market and in particular certain niche markets we have identified we can provide a product to our end user that is not offered by anyone else.

One Final Point• We could also take advantage of the low cost of this product to

capture international markets and help propel the company through a second wave of expansion once the market has been fully tested and our core business is fully developed. The time to market is short with relatively small investment up front and the project has the potential to grow a rapidly expanding portfolio of valuable assets including apps, intellectual property, advertising, and a host of scalable services and other revenue streams.
