Laying Plans Be aware of your enemy in the battle field. We should know our team members whether they are in a

position to attack or not. Don’t use your armed forces unless there is any advantages

to be gained also not involve the members unless there is a situation to fight in the battle.

The general who wins a battle makes many calculations in his temple before the battle is fought. The general who loses a battle makes but few calculations before battle.

If your opponent is of short temper, seek to irritate him. Attack them where they are unprepared, appear where

they are not expected.

Attack by Strategem It defines the source of strength as unity of the soldier

which succeed in any war. Commander should have a attitude of quick decision

making. Know the opposition's weak point and exploit the

weakness and do not show our weakness. Make a forward move if there is a advantage if not then

stay as it is. It is the rule in war , if our forces are ten to the enemy's

one, to surround him; if five to one, to attack him. One can win if he know how to handle both superior and

inferior forces.

Weak points and Strong

you can be sure of succeeding in your attack if you only attack place which are undefended.

The general should be skillful in attack whose opponent does not know what to defend. And make ensure the safety of your defense .

Spot where we intend to fight must not be made Known to enemy, which will have prepared for the attack.

Do not repeat the tactics which have gained you one victory, the method should regulate according to the circumstances.

On Management Views Capture your market without destroying it. Avoid your competitor’s strength, and attack on their

weakness. When the commander is weak and without authority and

the order are not clear and distinct . Care about your team , but also be tough is some

situation. Regard your soldiers and they will stand by you even onto

death. Hire the great people because weak and frustrated Team member will make you lose. Soldiers and their subordinates should have equal

strength. If not then then the soldiers won’t be in the position to

fight.

Learnings Attack is the secret of defense; defense is the planning of an

attack.” The one who win who knows when to fight and when not to

fight. Don't attack on someone just because of wrong information.

Think about it. If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear

the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory

gained you will also suffer a defeat. Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while

Defeated warriors go to war first.
