Finding

These results indicates that greater efforts at rapport,delivery,fairness,credibility,&

organization may assist professors in providing some of the elements most important for business students for a positive learning environment.

Caution

Desai et al (2001) noted, faculty efforts to become more in tune with student views should not come at the expense of compromising teaching principles to the point of eroding worthwhile educational standards.

In Marketing Parlance : we must be customer oriented, without giving the store away.
