    New Retarder Function

Return oil from hydraulic fan motors supply (1) and powers the flow divider(2) with oil. The flow divider has one pump for each circuit to circulate an even flow of cooling oil through the axles. The oil returns to the tank via an oil cooler (3) and return filter.

Separate oil (4) for the cooling system allows normal axle oil change intervals to be maintained.

    Specifications

  • Level control:

The system is monitored by 6 contact free sensors.

They are ranged from -100 to 100 with 0 as normal position. The accumulator pressures is also monitored by 4 sensors .

The level is controlled by 8 solenoids, 4 at the tractor and 4 at the load unit.

    Hydraulic Suspension Control

  • The system have two different control modes, rough and fine. The fine control is active when the level is within 20% of normal.

    Both modes are interrupted by:

    FS switch activation

    Emergency stop

    Calibration

    Manual FS control

In the manual FS control mode the solenoids is controlled by the UP/DOWN buttons. Each activates the solenoids 5s at the time. The activation can be aborted with any key in the keypad. To leave this menu press any key except the arrows.
