As a valley native, Aaron has experienced firsthand the explosive population and building growth over the past four decades, and with it the rise

of the Northeast Valley, including its luxury home market.

His passion for the game of tennis lead him to be an assistant tennis pro at the premier golf and tennis community of Desert Mountain in North

Scottsdale in the early and mid-90’s. While earning his business degree from Arizona State University, he taught private and group lessons. At

Desert Mountain, he first acquired his love for teaching and helping others and developed an up-close taste of the luxury real estate market and

lifestyle. Prior to his career in real estate, Aaron worked for The Vanguard Group in the

advertising industry, as well as owning his own printing company specializing in fine art

reproductions. His interaction with the fine art market, artists and interior designers instilled

in him a sense of décor, color pallets along with layout and staging. Aaron’s real estate

experience working with a multitude of sellers and buyers has afforded him opportunities to

do full remodels along with developing and building spec homes for a local custom builder.

Desert Mountain Members’ CARE blazed a new trail in FUNRaising with the Pub Crawl Spectacular in March. The Cochise Geronimo Clubhouse was transformed into a Biker Bar, an Irish Pub, a Wild West Saloon and a Mexican Can-tina. Friends new and old competed for prizes in calf

roping, beer pong, ring toss and darts while raising money for local cancer research. Pub crawlers enjoyed an easy, relaxed evening with scrumptious food and specialty drinks while watching the sun set across the high Sono-ran Desert.

Grand Prizes included a trip to the Glacier Club in Durango, Colorado, Camping in Luxury at the Desert Mountain Ranch, Fine Wine and Dining at Maestro’s and an African Safari, won by Ventana Fine Properties associate and Desert Mountain member, Marie Heilman.

Most importantly, CARE raised money for important local research to find a cure for cancer. 100% of funds donated to Mayo Clinic and HonorHealth go to this research, with no overhead or administrative expenses. Desert Mountain is a vibrant community, filled with accomplished, caring people who want to enjoy their friends, their lifestyle, the many amenities available to them while making a difference. CARE exemplifies the spirit of the community in coming together for a lot of fun and a good cause.
