fencing. Concrete to start April 1st. Need to investigate landing pad,

provide plan for next week.

0.3 RFIs MVG Open


03/04/15 FBI provided updated RFI Log: RFI’s #42, 58A, 64, 68, 74, 77 and

82 are HOT. RFI #36 has been open for 26 days without a response. RFI

#60 requires a sketch/CAD File.

0.4 Submittals MVG Open


03/04/15 FBI provided updated Submittal Log: Mtl. Framing, Food Service

Roughing and Elevator submittals to be expedited. HVAC submittals for

Pumps, Fire Dampers, Sound Attenuators and Fan Coil Units are HOT.

MVG to expedite re-submittals of Concrete Rebar and Retaining Wall.

03/04/15 FBI indicated that due to exploration and findings at the “knob”,

propose to proceed with removal of the overburden to such a point as the

rock is not removable at which point cross sections will be taken to

determine Top of Rock to quantify for Unit Pricing.

03/04/15 School Building Committee approved sign with edits. MVG

presented updated sign. Committee Members present approved, MVG to

send JPEG to FBI.

2.2 Sewer Video MVG/DPW Open


03/04/15 Mary Jane recommended that SMMA request that Building

Committee approved expenditure up to $20,000 for existing sewer repairs.

MVG to issue CCD. MVG indicated that a total of 217’linear feet of existing

sanitary sewer line at (3) locations between SMH 7 thru SMH 10 needs to

be replaced. DPW agreed to perform repairs of 175’ linear feet between

SMH 12 and SMH 13 outside of project cost.

3.4 N-Grid Service Order and Engineering FBI Open


03/04/15 Engineering of duct bank underway, FBI to confirm timing.

3.5 Verizon Service Order, Engineering & Easement ARRSD Open


03/04/15 Mary Jane has heard back from Verizon. Service order should be

received shortly.

3.6 N-Grid Easement ARRSD Open


03/04/15 Bob Rouleau to pick-up signed agreement from Athol Board of

Selectmen after this meeting.

3.7 Pre-Blast Survey – Phase II – Main Area


03/04/15 FBI to submit a schedule for the pre-Blast Survey.

4.1 Forest Mat Removal Measurement and Payment MVG Open


03/04/15 MVG provided letter from Marshall/Gary agreeing that 50,000 CY

is fair. Virgilio is offering to keep the 50,000 CY if no additional surveys are

required. This will result in a wash. ARRSD agree to move forward. MVG

to confirm that this is inclusive of Roadway Change.

4.2 Ledge Removal Measurement and Payment FBI Open


03/04/15 FBI to submit in writing that Virgilio has no issues with Scope of

Work presented to be done on Unit Price Basis. Virgilio believes that

stripping is the way to go. Drilling will show rock location again. Need to

open up then survey.

4.3 CPM Construction Schedule


03/04/15 FBI has received final comments. Will have schedule for next

week.
