A few questions to help us focus…
1. Have you had an introduction to HGIOC?
2. Do you broadly know the differences in the
new approach?
3. Do you have a strong self-evaluation system
for your team currently?
4. Are you getting guidance internally on the
new model?

our-college151216.pdf
The framework - now called How good is our college? Still
based on three key areas: leadership and quality culture ;
delivery of learning and services to support the learning; and
outcomes and impact. Also a new reflection on capacity to
improve.

The main change in activity of the college
• Develop an improved methodology for leading its
own evaluation that brings in more externality
• Build in the themes and challenge questions from
How good is our college?
• Develop an evaluative report (with three high level
gradings) for Oct 2017
• Develop an enhancement plan for Oct 2017
