The New Arr-Tech Genesis Corn is a high-speed Servo Operated Counter-Stacker featuring the Genesis Top Load Indexing system. Ultra-quiet and extremely dependable, this New Genesis model represents the next level of Corn Tortilla Counter-Stackers designed to handle all types of corn tortillas. The new low-profile design allows even easier access for maintenance and has fewer moving parts for even greater durability.

SIMPLE TOUCH Color HMI Touch Screen Provides:

• Graphic images with easy-to-understand views of adjustments and timers• Operators simply enter product name or code and the pre-defined settings (rows, counts, timers, speeds,) are automatically loaded from memory for optimal performance. Up to 50-user definable product recipes provide easy setups and changeovers • Help screens provide readily accessible information to the user on each displayed object• Maintenance screens provide tools such as input/output monitors and manual cycle controls to simplify adjustments and troubleshooting

• Air chute tortilla positioning systems with new speed adjust alignment gates designed for easy operator adjustments for product changeovers• An adjustable infeed system to accommodate all cooler discharge conveyors• Variable speed drive improves product separation to achieve 99% stack count accuracy • Grip top Infeed belt helps to separate over lapped product from cooler conveyor

New Insert Cup Design Includes:

• Flared side guides provide additional control of tortillas, funneling them to the center of the cup; no reshuffling of stacks• 360° insert cup combined with variable speed orbital cup motion provides the control for a continuous flow of bag-ready stacks• Lexan guard for operator safety

Linear Servo Stack Accumulation:

• Stack height elevation maintained as tortillas accumulate on top of stack. Each stack is precisely indexed down producing bag-ready stacks• Servos rated @ 300-million cycles for continuous heavy-duty applications• Individual / Automatic Lane Clear-out allows operator to clear out stacks without reaching into counter stacker. Automatic system is designed to clear out a lane if product is backing up from stack receiving cup due to doubles, folds or any scrap that will prevent product from transferring into the stack receiving cups
