Physical Planning/Town Planning WorksInvolves the active process of organising the structures and function to ensure orderly and effective sitting (or location) of land uses. It encompasses dliberate determination of spatial patterns with an aim of achieving the most optimum level of land utilization in a suitable manner.

Interior Fit-Out WorksInvolves the installation of ceilings, floors, furnishings and partitions of a building as well as the installation of all required building services.
