The ecological and energy efficient AQUA COMPACT/DELUXE* water processing systems are the op.mum solu.ons to process river water, sea water, rain water, well water and surface water. Chlorine free and no other chemicals added! In combina.on with the RO op.on**, processing of brackish water is accomplished with high reliability and low maintenance.

1.   PrefiltraUon

Via mul. filtra.on pollutants are filtered out of the unprocessed water.



2. Electro-‐chemical oxidaUon

By this process the water will be oxidized regardless of the respec.ve substance class to carbon dioxide and water. The water will be completely detoxified. The electroly.c produc.on of free chlorine reliably diminishes germ figures of micro organisms.



3. Depot-‐Bed

With an extra depot-‐bed the reac.on in the reactor is more efficient.



4. ReacUve absorpUon

Water for.fied with oxygen and hydrogen. The molecules are processed in an ac.ve carbon bed. The ac.vated carbon causes an absorp.on of pes.cides, herbicides as well as hydrocarbons and chlorine.



5. Fine-‐FiltraUon

The water is now filtered via a 1 µm filter to remove even the smallest par.cles in the cleaning process.



6. UV-‐Burner

Disinfec.on of the water by an ultraviolet-‐C-‐burner working with radia.on frequency of 254 nm (100 % germ free).

With this system up to 24,000 litres of pure drinking water can be produced per day. This system processes untreated water sourced from wells, springs, rivers and lakes with a conduc.vity of less than 2,000 µS/m³.

AQUA COMPACT 1000 + RO AQUA DELUXE 1000 + RO

With this system up to 18,000 litres of pure drinking water can be produced from untreated brackish water per day (salt concentra.on of up to 10,000 µS/m³). This system combines our AQUA COMPACT / DELUXE with a reverse osmosis system.

The RO product range spans a capacity of 13.5 to 45 m³ of pure water output per day.

AQUA COMPACT MOBILE

With this system up to 22,500 litres of pure drinking water can be produced from untreated brackish water per day (salt concentra.on of up to 10,000 µS/m³). This system combines the AQUA COMPACT with a Reverse Osmosis system mounted on a trailer.


Sea water treatment

Insufficient supply with drinking water becomes the limita.on factor in developing regions or countries, with li`le or no natural sweet water resources.

The produc.on of drinking water from sea or brackish water by means of membrane technology grows more and more important.

We offer many years of experience in produc.on and opera.on of sea water desalina.on plants. In the Near East and in North Africa, especially in Egypt, we have installed plants for a daily drinking water produc.on of more than 20,000 m³/d.

In this area we have not only delivered components but also produced and delivered complete plants as turn-‐key projects.
